Common Inquiries

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about our products and services.

What are your minimum order quantities for sugar?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 20 metric tons for raw sugar and 10 metric tons for refined white sugar. However, we can accommodate smaller trial orders for new commercial clients or specialized retail packaging. Contact our sales desk for customized volumes.
Do you offer international shipping and export quota orders?
Yes. MAHAGRO regularly fulfills international export orders under trade systems including the European Union Everything But Arms (EBA) quota. We handle 20ft/40ft container loading, fumigation, phytosanitary certifications, and customs transit documentation.
How does MAHAGRO ensure sulphurless purity and quality control?
Our modern refinery utilizes advanced eco-clarification, ion exchange, and multi-stage vacuum boiling that eliminates the need for sulfur bleaching. Every production batch is certified through laboratory assays for ICUMSA color, polarimeter pol%, and HACCP food safety standards.
What is the capacity and role of the 25 MW Co-Generation Plant?
The 25 MW biomass co-generation power station utilizes 100% sugarcane bagasse residue. It generates all mechanical and electrical power required for factory crushing and refining, while surplus clean electricity is fed directly into the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) national grid.
How are byproducts like Bio-Compost and Flyash Bricks commercialized?
Pressmud and spent wash are biologically composted into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer distributed to local farmers to revitalize soil quality. Boiler ash is compressed into eco-friendly construction bricks with high compressive strength for regional infrastructure.
